Dear Professor Stemberg:
I am writing you to tell you a bit about me. I, Cristian am from Dominican Republic, and I came to the USA almost 4 years ago and I am continuing my education and pursuing my dreams to become an engineer in this country. At the beginning things were a little bit difficult for me because I didn’t understand to much the language, and I was in a country too much different to mine, so I needed to do a lot of things that I never did in my country in order to this new environment. In this 4 year I had worked in many different places and have learned a lot of new stuff like working in construction I learned how to use a drill, how build little spaces, and storages. When I was working at the pharmacy, I learned how to be patient because you really need to be patient to work in a pharmacy.
While I was working in so many places, I discover a few talents that I didn’t even know that I had like I’m super good listening to others, I’m patience, I’m super good following instructions, and I discovered that I don’t get anxious in hard situations.
In the covid pandemic I did a course about investment like how FOREX works, how to invest, how the banks invest their money, and I like that kind of stuff so right now I’m building my future first getting I high education, I want a bachelor in Civil Engineering so I can get more money and invest it in my wallet and start managing my money in the way I want so I can manage my own time, because they is nothing more important that the time. This is all that I have to share with you, Prof. Stemberg, hope you enjoy reading my dreams, and thank you for reading it.
